The United States Map Quiz is a personal project I did to build on my JavaScript skills. This quiz was built to be a stand-alone desktop app using only HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. It randomly highlights a state for the user to correctly identify.

While employed with The M&R Companies, I designed and developed many landing pages to strengthen their advertising campaigns. Digital banners were used to draw viewers to these pages which provided additional information about the product or service.

This graphic design assignment was about using the Gestalt laws of visual perception to create a print ad for a fictitious shoe store. Because Valentine’s Day was around the corner, I decided to go with a Valentine’s Day theme.

This was a design exercise using only one font without any images. I used Franklin Gothic as my font choice and emphasized the ear of the lower case “g”.
